Workspace admins can manage everything on the Billing page, including the Stripe customer portal for invoices and payment methods.
Make sure the user is assigned to an organisation on the Organizations page and that the organisation is a consortium member of the project.
After the 14-day trial, a workspace without an active subscription becomes read-only. An admin can start the subscription on the Billing page.
